All prices listed (including VAT) are from 01.01.2018 and do not include €1.35 “Tourist Tax” per day and per person (14 years or older), which is a legally required tourism levy called “Community Residence Tax”, LG No. 9 from May 16^th 2012. The tax is to be paid on site upon arrival.
All prices include bed linen, hand and bath towels
Children up to 2 years old can share the parents’ bed for no charge
Upon arrival, you will receive the free Holiday Pass, which will allow you to travel for free during your stay in the entire South Tirol on all public transport of the Verkehrsverbund Südtirol (trains, buses, cable cars).
The prices do not include the one-time final cleaning fee of €30 – €50 (depending on the size of the apartment)
On arrival day, the apartment will be available from 2:00 pm.
On departure day, the apartment must be vacated before 9:00 am.
Additional extra bed: for children €7/ day, for adults €15 – €20 / day (depending on the season)
Park your car for free in the parking lot in front of the house.
Use of the washing machine: €5/per wash
Pets not allowed

The reservation is valid as soon as the agreed deposit has reached our account.
If cancelled up to 6 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited and credited for a later vacation, but will be void after one year.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the total amount will be charged according to the booking. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
